Celebrate the holidays at Glow Hartford!

Glow Hartford will be open at the Connecticut Convention Center during the following dates and hours.

Tickets are purchased during the entry time slots listed below to reduce crowds and enhance the guest experience.

Although you enter at a specific entry time slot, there is no limit on how long guests can stay at Glow. The exhibit takes about 2 hours to complete. The doors will remain open until one hour before the show closes. Event hours are listed below. Guests are free to stay and enjoy Glow Hartford until closing time each night!

Each year, our themed scavenger hunt invites you to embark on a magical adventure. This year, Santa has crashed his sleigh and his reindeer are nowhere to be found. Help Santa find his missing reindeer and travel with the elves as they look at the major forms of transportation available in the modern world.

Northern Lights

Festive light displays include a Reindeer-draw carriage, Snowman arch, giant ornament ball, spiral ball tree, and stand-in present display.

Tunnel of Lights

Stroll through this giant luminous tunnel and under the twinkling archway – a gateway to a yuletide wonderland, chock full of delightful surprises for the whole family!

Hanging Picture Frames

Hop aboard the beloved Glow-comotive train ride and enjoy a scenic tour of the festive light displays. Perfect for all ages, this train ride is a delightful way to experience the magic of Glow.

Scavenger Hunt

This year, our themed scavenger hunt “carnival ticket” invites you to embark on a magical adventure. Complete mini games throughout Glow and get your carnival ticket stamped by staff.

Visit with Santa

Meet Santa Claus in person! Enjoy a magical visit with Santa, where children and families can share their holiday wishes and capture memorable photos.

Hopscotch

Explore our hopscotch area, where children can engage in the classic sidewalk game, hopping through numbered squares with friends and family. It’s a playful activity that adds to the excitement and fun-filled atmosphere at Glow.

Carnival Games

Play classic carnival games such as ring tosses, and skee ball.

Princess and Characters

Sugar and Spice Fairytales has partnered with Glow Hartford to bring famous Princess characters for meet-and-greets, photos, and magical interactions.

Vendor Marketplace

Discover a festive shopping experience at the Vendor Marketplace. Explore over 20 vendors offering a wide variety of unique gifts, handcrafted items, and holiday treats. From handmade ornaments and cozy accessories to gourmet food and sweet treats, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Parking On Site

There is an 8-level parking garage for approximately 2,600 standard-sized vehicles. Parking lots and garages are managed by third parties. Parking fees will vary.

* We also have accessible parking spots reserved at the front of our lot, when you arrive just notify the parking attendant and they will guide you to the appropriate area.

Ticket Information

Your ticket grants access to all attractions in the event. Food, drink and Market items can be purchased for an additional cost.

At Glow Hartford discounts are always applied to the base ticket price. This means you’ll save directly off the original ticket cost, before any additional fees or taxes. Watch for special promotions and offers to enjoy these savings and make the most of your visit to our magical festival!

A value pass offers more than a 20% discount on individual tickets for five people of any age. Children 4 and under are always free. The value pass is a fantastic deal, especially during our early bird sale, offering the best discount of the season!

As with most events, there is a small fee for all the products and services associated with creating and executing a ticketing system. We work hard to keep these charges to a minimum, while still providing a convenient purchasing system for our visitors.

If you are unable to make your originally scheduled date, you can change your tickets to another date by following the step-by-step exchange process here

Tickets are available online for pre-purchase. We reserve a select number of tickets each night for box office sales at a small premium. All tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Visit Glow Hartford to find available dates and times.

Entry to the event is staggered to ensure the best guest experience for everyone. You and your family can enjoy Glow without overcrowding by specifying a time for your tickets.

All sales are final, with the following exceptions:

  • If an event is canceled or postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket. Please submit an email inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund.
  • If you cannot make your originally scheduled date, you can change your tickets to another date. Additional charges may apply if you select a more expensive time slot.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond Glow Hartford’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including, but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.

Glow event staff and security have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions, and COVID-19 mandatory protocols.
Service fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds are not available for unused or extra tickets; you can transfer unused tickets to attend another date or give them away as gifts to friends and family. Transfer your tickets to another date by following the step-by-step exchange process here
